Solantis is proud to offer real estate investment management services.  Investment management at occurs at two levels; Property Management and Portfolio Management.  How do these differ?  The difference may not be overtly apparent but there is an important distinction.  Management at the property level refers to the everyday functions of managing the property as an asset.  Examples of these are: showing the property to prospective tenants, taking calls from tenants with service needs and subsequently  setting up service appointments, collecting rents, and ultimately ensuring that a specific property is performing optimally.  Alternately, Portfolio Management refers to the optimal administration of a collection of individual properties. The properties could represent any subset of real estate assets such as investment vacation homes, multifamily properties, retail properties, office buildings or even industrial properties.  In order to provide the best investment management services it is important to have business acumen, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, property management skills, and the industry network to capitalize on investment opportunities.  Solantis provides its customers all of this through the synergy it has created stemming from the skills and knowledge base of its leadership.  Let Solantis be your investment resource and guide!
